A. Applicant consultation, signing contract with our company, and applicant preparing documents and materials - estimated 1 month.

B. We submit documents and materials, wait for approval, and receive approval - estimated 3 months.

C. After approval, main applicant and family members arrive in Malaysia to open fixed deposit accounts, undergo medical examinations, purchase insurance, and finally get passport endorsements and stamps - estimated 2 weeks to complete.

Summary: All the above time combined is estimated to take around 5 months to complete, with a minimum of 4 months. Everything depends on the applicant's consultation time, document submission time, and how long it takes to prepare complete materials. The number of applications the government is handling at the time will also affect approval processing time.

Yes, as long as the following requirements are met, it can be renewed permanently:

A) No criminal record in Malaysia

B) Members and family members must accumulate at least 90 days of residence in Malaysia each year

C) Fixed deposit conditions are met

D) Insurance is purchased at the time of renewal

E) Recent medical examination report at renewal showing no infectious diseases (such as HIV), etc.

F) Subject to the "Malaysia My Second Home" program policy not being changed or cancelled

Yes. The main applicant and their spouse, children, and parents of the main applicant or spouse can all be added as new members after approval is granted.

No. Siblings are not considered immediate family members. If they also want to reside here, they need to apply for a separate new "Malaysia My Second Home" package.

The employment certificate must be in English, but the company seal does not need to be in English.

Below, our company has provided an English employment certificate template, as well as translations in multiple languages for reference (other languages are for reference only - you must fill out the English template or use your company's own English employment certificate).

If the main applicant doesn't have an employment certificate, they must provide three months of bank statements. The balance on the statements must be at least 1 million Malaysian Ringgit or above (approximately USD 227,000).

The "Certificate of No Criminal Record" is an official document issued by law enforcement agencies in the applicant's home country to certify that a person has no criminal record to date.

It depends on the package the applicant applies for, as conditions vary by state (please refer to "Application Packages and Fees" on the homepage).

For the minimum requirement "Silver Package," the conditions are as follows:

Except for Forest City in Johor, applicants in other states can purchase property within 1 year after approval, which provides plenty of time, and there's no restriction on whether it's a new or resale property.

However, those applying for the "Johor Special Economic Zone Second Home Program (SEZ)" are required to first purchase property in Forest City before they can apply, and are restricted to purchasing only new properties.
